• Ask Us offers live, online assistance from Fox Chase Cancer Center's Resource and Education Center. Connect with a trained cancer education specialist over the Internet to get answers to your cancer-related questions in real-time.
• Ask Us is available 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday (regular business hours). At all other times, you may e-mail your question and receive a response within 1-2 business days.
• Ask Us does not provide medical advice. Trained cancer education specialists on Ask Us can give you information about cancer, but they are not health care providers. Ask Us is not a substitute for talking with your doctor.
• Ask US is a free, private service.
