If one NCI Comprehensive Cancer Center can spark its community to donate to cancer research, imagine the collective efforts of 12 centers. That’s what led fundraising teams from many of the nation’s leading cancer centers to form the Cancer Research Alliance (CRA).

Fox Chase Cancer Center is an enthusiastic partner in the Cancer Research Alliance’s nationwide rollout, and invites everyone to take part. One person giving one dollar from coast to coast can raise millions of dollars for lifesaving cancer research. Proceeds will go directly to the dozen cancer centers, including Fox Chase, whose research will change the face of cancer.

The CRA invites everyone to help launch this campaign between Mother's Day and Father's Day, May 11 through June 15, 2008. It's as easy as going to the sponsoring Web site, www.Celebrations.com. In just minutes, a $1 donation can easily be made. Donors also are invited to add their photos to the mosaic of others across America who share a passion to end cancer.
