Fox Chase Cancer Center scientists and physicians have received numerous awards and honors, including the prestigious Nobel Prize. Their work in cancer research, treatment and prevention has earned national and international recognition from top professional societies.
The chancellor and immediate past president of Fox Chase Cancer Center, Robert C. Young, M.D., is past president of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the world's leading professional organization representing physicians who treat people with cancer. Dr. Young also is a past president of the American Cancer Society.
