The Dragon Boat Festival happens along the Schuylkill River every October. Since the first event in 2002, festival participants and supporters have raised more than $1 million for Fox Chase. Thank you to the teams and all who support Fox Chase Cancer Center through this event.

Summer Grief Workshop

Losing a loved one is a difficult experience and the way we deal with it varies from person to person. Please join us as we identify some of the common challenges and emotions that come with grief.

Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia holds special events all year to provide cancer education and to benefit the Center. Funds raised go to cancer research, prevention and treatment at Fox Chase. We also partner with community groups to help raise cancer awareness and support. Please join us by taking part in the great events coming up. CWA Local 13000 Jim Willer Golf Tournament

Join the members of Local 13000 for an afternoon of friendly competition and fundraising at the CWA Jim Willer Charity Golf Tournament on Saturday, June 1.  Since 1992, the CWA has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars through this event, hosted in memory of Jim Willer, an Executive Vice President of Local 13000 who passed away of cancer while in office.  All proceeds benefit prostate cancer research at Fox Chase.     For more information, visit www.CWALocal13000.org or contact Carol Page at 215-561-1321.

21st Annual Joseph L. Munizza, Sr. Memorial Golf Tournament

Enjoy an afternoon of golf with the Munizza family as they proudly host the 21st Annual Joseph L. Munizza, Sr. Memorial Golf Tournament.  This spectacular event takes place on Saturday, June 1 at the Avalon Golf Club in Cape May, NJ.  Registration is $115 per golfer and includes an afternoon of golf on a fantastic course, dinner, prizes and more.  Dinner only tickets are also available for $25 per adult, $12.50 per child.  All proceeds from the event benefit cancer research at Fox Chase Cancer Center.  For more information or to register, contact Joe Munizza at (215) 290-4857.
