Board of Associates Makes Annual Contribution To Fox Chase Cancer Center

PHILADELPHIA (November 6, 2000) -- Sandra Mann of Rittenhouse Square, president of Fox Chase Cancer Center's volunteer Board of Associates, presented a check for over $1.25 million to Mrs. Barbara Young of Chestnut Hill, who accepted the annual contribution on behalf of the Center. Mrs. Young is a Board of Associates member and the wife of Fox Chase president Robert C. Young, M.D. The check presentation took place at the Board of Associates' October meeting.

Fox Chase Cancer Center's Board of Associates is a volunteer group with eight member organizations, representing more than 700 volunteers in the five-county Delaware Valley area who conduct fundraising and educational activities in support of the Center.
