Open House for Experienced Nurses at Fox Chase Cancer Center
PHILADELPHIA (Oct. 29, 2007)-Come see what the attraction is about at Fox Chase Cancer Center! Experienced registered nurses are invited to an open house for RN and pool positions in a variety of settings on Monday, November 12 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Fox Chase Cancer Center.
"Find out why employees choose Fox Chase Cancer Center," urged Fox Chase nursing career specialist Maureen "Mickey" Mullin, B.S.N., R.N., OCN. Part of the attraction, she added, is that the Fox Chase nursing department was the first in Pennsylvania to receive the Magnet Nursing Service Recognition Award for outstanding nursing care from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Fox Chase offers its entire staff an attractive compensation and benefit package. It includes tuition reimbursement, an award-winning, certified day-care center and a fitness center. Fox Chase nurses also receive individualized orientation, nationally recognized continuing education programs on-site, a shared decision-making model and clinical ladders.
During the open house, visitors will have the opportunity to meet members of the Fox Chase staff and take a tour of the facility. On-site interviews will be available during the open house. Refreshments will be served.
