Fox Chase Cancer Center Offers Free Skin Cancer Screening - Monday, May 11
PHILADELPHIA (May 8, 2009) –Fox Chase Cancer Center is offering FREE skin cancer screenings at their 8 Huntingdon Pike office on Monday, May 11 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. Fox Chase’s Stuart R. Lessin, MD, director of dermatology, and Clifford S Perlis, MD, MBe, director of Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic surgery, will examine participants over the age of 18 who have symptoms or concerns about abnormal skin growths and who have not been previously seen by a dermatologist.
The FREE screenings will be on site and by appointment only. Skin procedures will not be performed during the screening.
