Hoeffel Meets Fox Chase Cancer Center Doctors While On Russian Mission

PHILADELPHIA (March 6, 2001) -- During a recent visit to Moscow, Russia, Congressman Joseph M. Hoeffel, (D-PA/13), met with Fox Chase Cancer Center physicians Richard Greenberg, M.D., and Paul Engstrom, M.D., to discuss formal alliances Fox Chase has formed, and continues to develop with hospitals in Russia.� Hoeffel was part of a congressional delegation that conducted a series of meetings with senior Russian officials on a wide range of issues.
