Fox Chase Cancer Center Is Tops in Cancer Care in SE Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware According to U.S. News & World Report's "Best Hospitals" List for 2006

PHILADELPHIA (July 7, 2006) - For 12 consecutive years, U.S. News & World Report has ranked Fox Chase Cancer Center among the top cancer centers in the nation. On its "America's Best Hospitals" list for 2006, released today, Fox Chase is the top ranked cancer center in southeastern Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey and is ranked 16th in the U.S. The rankings appear in the July 7, 2006 issue of U.S. News & World Report, which hits newsstands on July 10.

Once again, U.S. News & World Report has recognized Fox Chase's reputation as one of the leading cancer centers in the nation. Fox Chase encompasses an outstanding nursing department that has achieved "Magnet" status, excellent patient care and state of the art technologies. It is these factors and many more that have secured Fox Chase's ranking among the best hospitals in the nation.
