Kristin Wolcott Edwards Joins Fox Chase Cancer Center's Department of Radiology

PHILADELPHIA (July 19, 2007) — Kristin Wolcott Edwards, M.D., of Narberth, Pa., has joined Fox Chase Cancer Center's department of radiology. Edwards has a special interest in abdominal imaging.

Prior to joining Fox Chase, Edwards was a body-imaging fellow at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. Currently, she is a clinical instructor in radiology at Jefferson Medical College. Edwards completed her residency in diagnostic imaging at Temple University.

Edwards graduated with her B.S. in environmental biology from Yale University. She earned her M.D. from Temple University School of Medicine.

She is a member of the Radiological Society of North America, American College of Radiology and Society of Nuclear Medicine. In 2005, Edwards was named the Thomas Jefferson Imaging Fellow of the Year.

Edwards is board-certified by the American Board of Radiology and licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is fluent in the Norwegian language.
