U.S. News & World Report's "America's Best Hospitals" Ranks Fox Chase Cancer Center As Tops In Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware

PHILADELPHIA (July 13, 2007) — For 13 consecutive years, U.S. News & World Report has ranked Fox Chase Cancer Center among the leading cancer centers in the nation. On its "America's Best Hospitals" list for 2007 released today, Fox Chase is the top ranked cancer center in all of Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey and is ranked 11th in the country. The rankings appear in the July 25, 2007 issue of U.S. News & World Report, which hits newsstands on July 16.

"Cancer care is a team effort involving clinicians, researchers, nurses, social workers, rehabilitation therapists and many others," said Michael V. Seiden, M.D., Ph.D., president of Fox Chase Cancer Center. "We're pleased that our excellent cancer care and reputation are reflected in these national rankings.
