Taylor Cancer Program, located at Taylor Hospital, offers advanced diagnosis, treatment and support services to meet the needs of cancer patients and their families. Its multidisciplinary approach to treating cancer includes:

  • Medical Oncology: Medical oncologists at Taylor Cancer Program utilize a variety of approaches including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and hormonal therapy to treat patients with cancer.
  • Radiation Oncology: Although radiation therapy is not available at Taylor Cancer Program, patients can receive treatment at nearby Crozer Regional Cancer Center or Delaware County Regional Cancer Center, both part of the Crozer-Keystone Health System.
  • Surgical Oncology:Surgical oncologists at Taylor Hospital offer patients a full range of services, including diagnostic, treatment, adjunctive and palliative procedures.
  • Research: In addition to participating in clinical trials generated by Fox Chase Cancer Center, Taylor Cancer Program participates in studies coordinated by several national cancer research groups.
  • Diagnosis: Diagnostic tools located at Taylor Cancer Program include a range of radiologic imaging technologies such as fluoroscopy, mammography, CT, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine. In addition, surgical biopsies and state-of-the-art laboratory medicine is available.
  • Other services:Taylor Cancer Program offers its patients access to services including home care/hospice, pain management, nutritional counseling, integrative care, social work, support groups and cancer screening and prevention programs.
