From Interstate 81

• Take exit 170A (old exit 47A, Bear Creek exit off of I-81) to Rt. 115
• Follow Rt. 115 South to first traffic light (approx. 1/2 mile)
• Stay in left lane
• Turn left onto East Mountain Boulevard
• Follow East Mountain Boulevard for 1 mile to Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center on the right

From the Pennsylvania Turnpike, take the Wilkes-Barre exit

• Follow Pennsylvania Rt. 115 North approx. 5 miles to the first traffic light
• Turn right onto East Mountain Boulevard
• Follow East Mountain Boulevard for 1 mile
• Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center is on the right
