FoxCheck kiosks are located near registration desks

FoxCheck uses a touchscreen to offer many benefits to our patients, including:

  • Reduced wait times at registration
  • Less paperwork to fill out
  • Updated patient information added to our system in real time

How FoxCheck Works

FoxCheck kiosks are located near registration desks.

There are just a few easy steps. The process is similar to checking in for a fight at the airport.

  1. Identify yourself. Swipe your credit card or ATM card. You also have the option of entering your information manually.
(Please note: Your credit card will not be charged during this step.)
  2. Verify your demographic information and health insurance. You’ll need your insurance card and driver’s license for this step.
  3. Review your schedule. You will receive a print-out with a barcode that shows your schedule for the day.
  4. Sign in at each point of service. Use the barcode from your schedule to sign in at the FoxCheck touchscreen in your next area of service. By doing this, you will let the staff know that you are there.
