The loss of someone loved changes our lives forever. At Fox Chase Cancer Center we offer support groups to provide a safe place to honor your connection and to share with others in similar situations the unique issues of grieving the loss of your loved one.  These groups are a combination of education and mutual support.

Bereavement, or grief, is how one reacts to a loss. There is no right or wrong way to grieve after a significant loss. Many people learn to move on with their grief, even through it is extremely difficult.

Fox Chase Cancer Center's Bereavement Support Groups help people learn to cope with their loss.

Contact Sheila Amrhein, LSW, at 215-728-2853, or Catherine Vare at 215-728-2177 to discuss your interests or needs for a grief support group.
