Eric Tetzlaff, PA-C

Eric Tetzlaff

My family relocated back to the Northeast in 2008. I chose to work at Fox Chase Cancer so that I could continue my career in oncology at an academic cancer center dedicated to providing quality care.

After graduating from the Duke University's Physician Assistant program in 2004, I began my career in oncology as a physician assistant at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Texas.

At M.D. Anderson, I worked in the department of gastrointestinal medical oncology for 4 years specializing in the treatment of gastroesophageal and hepatobiliary cancers. I had the opportunity to publish several manuscripts in peer reviewed journals and present original research at national oncology conferences.

At Fox Chase, I am continuing my academic pursuits as well as focusing on the clinical care of patients with gastrointestinal cancers. In addition, I am interested in survivorship care of patients treated for gastrointestinal cancers and the development of clinical models and programs to facilitate quality survivorship care.
