• Produces multiple precisely targeted radiation beams
  • Iris or fixed collimators
  • 12 diameter/aperture sizes (5-60 mm)
• Used for intracranial and extracranial radiosurgery
• Submillimeter accuracy for stationary
  targets
• Less than 1.5 mm accuracy with tumor tracking capability for moving tumors

• No rigid head or body frame required
• Intracranial cases
  – Aquaplast mask
• Extracranial cases
  – Vac-Lok bag + lung board (if necessary)
• Target tracking
  – Spine cases
• Supine, Spine tracking; or Prone, Spine tracking with Synchrony
  Fiducials, only if severe bone loss or spinal instrumentation
  – Lung cases
• Lung tumor tracking, if tumor size larger than 1.5 cm and not blocked by bony structures
  Fiducials tracking, for small tumor
  – Prostate
• In tempo + fiducials
  – Other Soft-tissue tumors
• Fiducials or spine tracking if close to spine and min tumor motion
