Fox Chase Cancer Center accepts both self- and physician-referred patients.

To refer a patient, call 215-728-2570. If this is your first time at Fox Chase Cancer Center, you can request an appointment online.

The new patient appointments staff will contact the patient to schedule an appointment and obtain the necessary pre-registration information. Patients are asked to bring all treatment records including slides, tissue blocks, X-rays and scans to the first appointment. This helps avoid repeat tests or delays in treatment recommendations.

Breast Evaluation Center

The Breast Evaluation Center provides multidisciplinary consultations for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with breast diseases. Patients with established diagnoses of breast cancer, those who have been previously treated and those with suspicious lesions are all eligible for this service. Consultations involve a medical oncologist, surgical oncologist, radiation oncologist and pathologist in a single appointment session.

Available from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, the Cancer Information Service (CIS) at Fox Chase provides timely, accurate cancer information to more than 32,000 people a year through the toll-free national telephone network. This federally funded program has established itself as an important resource for the public, patients and their families and health professionals in Pennsylvania New Jersey and Delaware.
