I am committed to developing a coordinated, personalized plan appropriate for the treatment of your head and neck cancer. This will often be done in coordination with other physicians and staff from other specialties, including radiation therapists, medical oncologists, dentists and prosthodontists, plastic and reconstructive surgeons, pathologists, neuroradiologists, oncology social workers, oncology nutritionists and speech/swallow specialists.

Our Head and Neck Multidisciplinary Tumor Board at Fox Chase Cancer Center offers an opportunity to coordinate all facets of your care to execute a unique treatment plan tailored to give you the best chance of curing your cancer while maintaining function.

In 2011, when my first son was not quite a year old, I had a small dysplasia, which is a precancerous lesion, on my tongue. Dr. Jeffrey Liu, a surgical oncologist at Fox Chase Cancer Center, did the surgery to remove it. Everything went really well.
