I joined the orthopedic surgical staff of Fox Chase in 1992. I chose the field of orthopaedic oncology during my residency because I was empowered by keeping patients independent while improving their quality of life. I love coming into contact with patients who want to be the "hero" of their own lives and who take an aggressive position against their cancer.
