Endocrine disorders often are complex and involve many organs and processes of the body.  Using a team approach, our specialists—including the endocrinologist, surgeons, medical and radiation oncologists, pathologists, nuclear medicine physicians and a specially trained support staff—collaborate and communicate closely with each other and you to deliver carefully coordinated care.    

As part of the multidisciplinary Head and Neck team, Dr. Veloski evaluates and treats patients thyroid cancer, thyroid nodules, thyroid disorders, parathyroid tumors and parathyroid disorders. More

She also works with the urologic surgeons to manage benign adrenal and malignant adrenal tumors, and disorders of the adrenal gland.  The evaluation and treatment of hormonally active adrenal tumors such as pheochromocytomas is complex and requires expertise from many subspecialties.  More

Patients with hereditary endocrine tumor syndromes such as multiple endocrine neoplasia types 1 and 2 (MEN 1, MEN 2) are evaluated in collaboration with the Risk Assessment Program that provides genetic testing and counseling. Patients who develop non-diabetic endocrine problems during cancer treatment or surveillance are able to receive their care at Fox Chase Cancer Center allowing for better coordination of care.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, Dr. Veloski evaluates and treats patients thyroid cancer, thyroid nodules,   thyroid and parathyroid disorders, tumors and disorders of the adrenal gland, and other malignancy related endocrine problems.
