Training and Education
A web-based program regarding human subject research education is available through joint sponsorship of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN), the Collaborative IRB Training Initiative (CITI) and the University of Miami.
The address for this web-based testing is www.citiprogram.org.
Alternatively, there is a course provided by the NCI.
If you choose the NCI method of certification or recertification, please notify the IRB Office via e-mail to Cynthia Desir (Cynthia.Desir@fccc.edu), or by phone (215-214-3753). After completion of your training, please forward a copy of your certificate to the IRB Office via fax (215-214-4256), or interoffice mail to 50 Huntingdon Pike, 2nd Floor, so that the official FCCC certificate can be prepared and sent to you (please indicate your room number or location for the certificate to be sent).
