My major interest is to setup the high throughput analysis of sequence data associated with cancer genome sequencing projects from the Institute for Personalized Medicine (IPM).  The first goal is to put together an analytical team and establish collaborations with other centers to stay up to date with quickly improving sequencing technology and to provide leading edge quantitative and computational methods for sequence analysis.
