Fox Chase nurse Kathy Smith, RN, BS, OCN, has earned her national recognition, having been selected as the recipient of the Excellence in Patient/Public Education Award by the Oncology Nursing Society. Fox Chase Ranked Among America's Best Hospitals by U.S. News and World Report

Fox Chase Cancer Center is once again ranked among the leading cancer centers in the country, according to U.S. News and World Report's annual "Best Hospitals" listing. For 16 consecutive years, Fox Chase has been one of the top-ranked cancer centers in all of Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey. In the nation, the Center is ranked 28th overall this year and 16th in reputation, a measure of how oncology peers assess Fox Chase's expertise in cancer research and treatment. Read more »

Physician and Researcher receives Research Award

Alexander Kutikov, M.D. receives the Excellence in Research Award at the 96th Annual Clinical Congress of the American College of Surgeons in Washington, DC. His presentation, "Impact of Clinicopathological Variables on mTOR Pathway Activation in Primary Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC) and Matched Metastases," in the Surgical Forum at the meeting won the praise of meeting organizers, who invited Kutikov to submit a full manuscript describing the study for possible publication in the Journal of the American College of Surgeons.

Fox Chase Cancer Center Tops in the Nation among Places for Postdocs to Work, According to The Scientist Magazine

In its annual survey, The Scientist ranks Fox Chase among the top 15 best places in the nation for postdoctoral researchers – known simply as "postdocs" – to work. Fox Chase was ranked 17th overall in the U.S.
