Mammogram Assistance: Patient Navigation
This program helps women who don't get good mammogram results and need more testing.
In 2011, we started a patient navigation program. Our patient navigator contacts these women to:
- See if they understand what they should do next
- Help them get mammogram films from another time
- Schedule a visit to see a doctor at Fox Chase
- Solve other issues
